We will email you the access codes prior to your arrival.

TO UNLOCK: From the outside, press the Home logo and enter your access code. From the inside, turn the thumbturn.

TO LOCK: From the outside, press the Lock logo. From the inside, turn the thumbturn.

Sunny Beach Escape is located on the west side of Galveston at Sunny Beach, on 8 Mile Road.

There are two driveways, one on each side of the house. Feel free to park in those driveways — we recommend up to 4 cars.

Please don't park or drive on the grass.

If you need to store bikes in the garage, you can do so at your own risk (it's not a secured space), if there is room. Cars cannot be parked in the garage.

Parties are not allowed at this property.

Smoking, vaping or other tobacco products are not permitted inside the house. Illegal drug use is not permitted anywhere on the property.

The owner has the right to evict if we receive information about excessive noise or illegal activity. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

For your own safety, please do not lean over the rails on any of the decks.

Accidents happen, we understand. If you break anything, please tell us right away, take a picture and send us a message. If it's minor, it's on the house. If it's a larger item (like a TV), we'd like to agree on the cost and settle before you leave. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

No unregistered guests. Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.

There is free Wi-Fi at the property. The router is on the main floor, on an 800 Mbps plan. Please use it safely and appropriately. If service drops, contact us.

The Wi-Fi network name and password are sent by email a few days before your check-in.

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic essentials. Appliances include a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and microwave.

Above the microwave you'll find glasses and extra coffee mugs. We also leave water bottles, some snacks and basic supplies like paper towels and hand soap.

We take great pride in cleaning the house before your stay. If something is wrong, stops working, needs urgent maintenance, or you'd like extra supplies, call or text us at 408-887-5185.

Every bathroom is stocked with towels and washcloths — 12 bath towels, 12 washcloths and 6 hand towels in total.

There's a 43" Roku TV in the living room and a 55" TV in one of the bedrooms. 185+ cable channels are available to stream in the Xfinity Stream app.

The remote is next to the TV. You can also log into your own streaming services — just remember to log out before you leave.

Board games are in the upstairs hallway (sometimes they're all on the hallway shelves instead of split between two).

There's a Nintendo Switch with two controllers — please put everything back in the box after use.

Need a 10th bed? The bunk bed in the 4th bedroom has a trundle that pulls out at the bottom, so that room has two twins (top bunk and trundle) plus a double.

The garage isn't for cars — it's for beach equipment and grill storage. Please return beach gear where you found it.

The garage door is usually unlocked, so please don't store your belongings there. Anything stored is at your own risk.

There's an outdoor propane barbecue for your use — it's kept in the garage. We do our best to keep it filled; let us know if it runs out and we'll arrange a refill.

Please leave the grill clean to avoid extra cleaning fees.

Ceiling fans are in the living area, the main-floor bedroom and the upstairs bedrooms.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. A late check-out is sometimes possible — just ask us ahead of time.
